FAQ’s

Q. How will my order be shipped?

A. Generally we ship via UPS ground. You may also select to ship UPS 2nd day for an additional $10.00 to standard shipping charges. Occasionally we use USPS Priority Mail or 2 day orders.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. Items purchased at full price are returnable within 14 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed, resalable condition, and still have the original tags and packaging. Any damages must be reported within 14 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement. Refunds will be made minus our shipping costs, except when the return is due to defective merchandise. Q. How do I return an item for exchange?

A. Enclosed in your package, please find our Returns and Exchanges Form, or download a copy here. Please see our Return Policy for further details.

Q. How long will it take for my order to ship?

A. Standard orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. Packages usually take 5-7 business to arrive to you after they have left our warehouse.

2nd day orders are typically shipped next business day after receiving your order. Packages usually take 2-3 days to arrive to you once they have left our warehouse

Q. How are my payments received?

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. We also accept Checks by mail. Please note that orders paid via checks will not be shipped until the check clears (up to 2 weeks). We cannot accept COD orders or cash payments through the mail.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Sorry, at this time we only ship within the Continental United States not including Alaska. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Q. Do you charge Sales Tax?

A. Only if you live in New York State will you be charged tax.

Q. Tell me about Gift Wrapping

A. Should you choose a gift wrap option (located on the detailed product page) your gifts will be wrapped in our signature tissue and a beautiful gift box. It will be tied with an elegant ribbon and include a gift card with your message. Gift wrap as many items as you would like - we charge a flat rate of $5.95 per order. Please note that not all items can be gift wrapped at this time.

Q. What about Gift Certificates?

A. Gift Certificates are available online or by telephoning us at (845) 616-9939 and can be sent to the recipient via email or in the mail. Gift Certificates are available in denominations of $25, $50, $75 or $100. Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Q. What about Out of Stock Items?

A. Every effort is made to keep all of our products in stock at all times. Occasionally we run out of an item before the web site is updated. When that happens, you will be notified by either email or telephone. You will be able to substitute a product or wait until the item becomes available.

A. Our official hours of business are Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm EST. Please feel free to call us or email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
