Items purchased at full price are returnable within 14 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed, resalable condition, and still have the original tags and packaging. Any damages must be reported within 14 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement. Refunds will be made minus our shipping costs, except when the return is due to defective merchandise.

If an item was purchased as a set (for example a top and pants), it must then be returned as a set. We will not process returns of incomplete sets.

Sale Item Return Policy

Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns Procedure

1. Enclosed in your package, please find our Returns and Exchanges Form, or download a copy here.
2. On the front of the form, please fill in:
   • Billing Name
   • Order number
   • Item number/description
   • Return reason code
3. For exchanges, please fill in the section for new items you’d like shipped to you. Please update your address if you need your new order shipped to an alternate address.
4. Be sure to include this form in the package you send back to us. Please mail your return package to:

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Baby Tyler & Madison Inc. is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. In addition, we STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit as we can only credit you for items physically received. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D.

Please note it takes 2-4 weeks for refund to be credited onto your credit card.
